2) How do you Charge? How does your pricing work?
Our well trained, licensed plumbing service technician will come out to your home and look at the problem. He also does a thorough inspection of the visible plumbing system (above floor) . He will discuss with you solutions and options for problems you are experiencing. He will then give you an exact price out of the job pricing book. We do charge a nominal fee based on distance, to get the plumber to your home.

3) What types of things do you work on?
We are home plumbing service / repair specialists. We can take care of any problems in your home related to water. Toilets, faucets, water heaters, leaks, tub / showers, water filters, water service lines, shut off valves, hose faucets, drain piping, drain clogs, sewer stoppages and more. We also do work in offices and commercial buildings, again doing the same type of things listed above.

In the rare event that there is a problem with the work we have done, our policy is to return at your earliest convenience to make things right with no additional cost to you. We want you to call and let us know if something does not seem right.

5) Are you going to have the parts I need?
98% of the time we have everything necessary to solve your problems right on the truck. We carry a very extensive selection of repair parts and new fixtures like faucets, toilets, garbage disposals and water heaters. If necessary our warehouse person will bring the part from our shop at no extra cost to you. If you have a rare problem, our years of experience and network of suppliers means we can repair most anything. It really does save you and us time and money to have everything we need when we come to your home.

Absolutely.
We do Drug tests and background checks on all of our people. We want to make sure that you will be comfortable with our technicians in your home. You can feel secure knowing they have been checked.
